Please follow these instructions carefully to be considered as a house sitter for Occupied House Sitters:

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY NEED MORE SITTERS FOR DECEMBER 2010 AND JANUARY 2011.

WE DO NEED MORE RETIRED PEOPLE TO HOUSE SIT AND PET SIT ALL THROUGH 2010, 2011, ETC.
AS WELL AS SITTERS WHO WORK FROM HOME AND CAN BE AT THE CLIENT'S HOME ALL DAY AND NIGHT, WITH YOUR OWN LAPTOP AND INTERNET CONNECTION.

1. Please read our House Sitter Terms and Conditions in the main menu before sending your CV. If you are still interested you can send your CV and state in your e-mail that you agree with the terms and conditions.

You have to love animals, be a non-smoker and have your own transport.
Unfortunately only people over 22 years will be accepted.

2. List ALL areas that you are available to house sit in. I do a search for a specific area - and if you haven't listed that area, your e-mail will not show up in the results and therefore I would not be able to use you in that specific area.

3. If you are available the whole December 2009 and beginning of January 2010, state this in your e-mail.

Please note: We require that you apply for a clearance certificate at a police station – which shows that you have no criminal record. (As soon as we have interviewed you and your application was successful you may apply for one). Only house sitters with clearance certificates will be allowed to house sit for Occupied House Sitters.

4. Attach a recent photo of you.

You will have to go for an interview to the Representative nearest to you, we will contact you with instructions, if we want to interview you. An admin fee of R50 will be payable before the interview will commence.
Pensioners* will be interviewed at no cost. (*Proof will be required)
If you live near Pretoria you may come for an interview in Pretoria at no cost.

PS: Don't forget to list the areas in your e-mail (check spelling of suburbs – to prevent that your e-mail doesn’t show up on searches).

E-mail the above to petri @ occupied.co.za (remove spaces - it's only there to prevent SPAM)
