How to book a House Sitter: |

Step 1:
Contact us for a quote.
Specify the dates that you are going away, in other words the nights that the house sitter has to sleep over.
Specify in which area you live.
Also remember to include your contact details.
Please mention if you require a retired sitter who stays during the day as well as during the night.

Step 2:
We will then send you a quote, if you are satisfied with the quote please let us know.
We will then send you the profiles of the house sitters that we have available in your area to choose from.

Step 3:
Once you have chosen a sitter, you can pay the R150 deposit.
Once we have received your proof of payment we will ask the sitter to contact you to come and meet you.
You can choose to meet another sitter if you are not 100% happy with the first sitter that you have met.

Step 4:
If you are happy with the house sitter that we sent you, you will have to make a payment of the full amount outstanding before you go on holiday. We do not pay the sitter in advance. See step 5.
Once you are happy with the house sitter you will sign the contract with him / her, give them instructions and the keys.
Step 5:
When you return from your holiday / business trip we will contact you to find out if you were happy with the house sitter before we pay him / her.
We will also send you an e-mail to rate our services.
*Our procedure for making a booking for December is different.
Please note: This is only a guideline as to how Occupied House Sitters normally works. Should you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.
