Many thanks once again for your valued service which I would rate a 5! I’ve tried a few other “house-petsitter” websites in the past and yours definitely outshines them!

The retired couple who stayed in our home for a week were friendly, reliable, punctual and trustworthy, and they took great care of our 3 beloved “four-legged” children which is the most important factor to my husband and I! The retired gentleman even did some “handy-man” chores for me which we discussed beforehand, and for this we are indeed grateful!

We will most certainly make use of your services again in the future, and would definitely request the services of this particular retired couple as they are now familiar with our home and the dogs have got to know them too!

Having now dealt with you on two different occasions, I feel your service delivery is professional and quick.  I enjoy the fact that one is allowed to choose the type of people one gets to house sit.  I also enjoy the fact that you get to meet them upfront.  The task/duty list that is available to give the house sitters instructions on tasks that need to be actioned during one's absence is also ideal.

We have used Occupied House Sitters several times before and each time have found the service to be reliable and professional.  Enquiries to the website are handled very quickly and efficiently.  Our primary concern when we go away is to have someone who is willing and able to treat our dogs the way we do - and yes, they are spoilt brats!  Shona was really great, she put my mind at ease and quickly bonded with our two high energy, high maintenance Jack Russells.  She SMS'ed me with updates on their antics and thanks to her, I was able to relax and enjoy the weekend away - not spend the whole time worrying about whether the dogs were okay or not.

I have been using Occupied House Sitters for over a year now.  This is the 5th time I have used their services.  I have left my home in the hands of Occupied House Sitters for an entire month and have been very happy with the service provided by the sitters.  My pets are my children and as such their well-being is of paramount importance to me, so coming back to a house that is well looked after and pets that are happy, is fantastic.

Your service provides absolute peace of mind.  It's wonderful to enjoy a holiday knowing that your house and pets are safe.
Vic is an awesome sitter.  The most important thing is our dogs, and he really is a 'second Dad' to them when we go away.  He is friendly and cheerful, let's us know how things are going, and enjoys staying in our home.  It really is a win-win situation.
